Who We Are
The Centroufficiroma Office Business Centre is technologically advanced as well as welcoming and comfortable, a place where customer service is the first priority and we make it our primary goal to continue meeting our clients’ ever-changing needs. “The customer comes first” is not a slogan for us, but rather it is a work ethic that gives our staff a sense of professional gratification every day they come to work and are able to meet the challenges this ethic presents. Centroufficiroma’s location inside the Cerere Building makes it a unique place to have a business or office. It is creative, stimulating and active place, but also “timeless”, a contemplative environment that facilitates concentration and inspires the mind.
Floor Plan
Centroufficiroma’s present-day floor plan is the end result of a restoration project specifically tailored to respect the original industrial nature of the Cerere Building’s architectural design. Every area of the Office Business Centre has been enriched by the use of fine materials in combination with functional design to suit every need. Centroufficiroma is divided into four different areas:
Area A, offering direct access to Via degli Ausoni, is designed to accommodate teams of staff and offers an ideal location for a business such as a "new project or start up". The operations offices are situated in this area. Loft spaces with 5 metre high barrel-vaulted ceilings, characterized by wood and exposed brick, are furnished with “modern but minimalist” materials. Furnished with wooden desks and seats, digital telephones, table lamps, framed artwork and plants, the four rooms in this area can comfortably accommodate up to 24 people.
With Meeting Rooms, Mini-conference Rooms and Management and Technical Training Rooms, Area B is designed to host events. Each room was designed and furnished with specific event types in mind. Loft spaces with ceilings over five metres high, furnished with fine materials, the events rooms fit seamlessly into the Cerere Building’s Post-Industrial architecture. Access to Area B is from both Via degli Ausoni and Piazza dei Sanniti.
Area C, which can be entered directly from Piazza dei Sanniti as well as through the main entrance on Via degli Ausoni, was designed with collaborative teamwork in mind. Glass walls allow for easy communication between staff if desired in this “full-view” office space. Furnished with leather armchairs, pvc desks, telephones with speaker phone capability, table lamps and plants, the 6 rooms in this area can comfortably accommodate a staff of up to 25 people.
Area D, which can be entered directly from Piazza dei Sanniti as well as through the main entrance on Via degli Ausoni, is home to the management offices. It is the most private area and was designed for greater comfort with representational purposes in mind. Furnished with parquet floors, leather armchairs, wooden desks, directional lighting, digital telephones, framed artwork and plants, the 6 rooms in this area can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people.
Technology
The Centroufficiroma centre was created in 2000 replete with all the technological endowments of a company born of the new economy. Placing a strong emphasis on “communications”, Centroufficiroma is equipped with telephone and data communication networks that make it possible for anyone to make phone calls, surf the internet, or communicate through any means, using whatever type of technology they have available.
Class 5 structured cabling, wireless access points and high speed and broadband internet connections allow everyone to have “state of the art”. communications capabilities. Our Server Farm is equipped with redundancy support and uninterruptible power supply, climate control and sophisticated security systems and technicians provide support and assistance 24-hours a day. Thanks to Centroufficiroma’s in-house web hosting service, our clients are completely independent, never needing to use an outside internet provider.
Our technicians are available to help our clients set up and organize their equipment and send data to colleagues both inside and outside the Business Office Centre using file sharing systems and VPN connections. Any and all equipment our clients require (pc’s, printers, scanners, etc.) is selected, delivered and installed by our technical staff so that our clients are able to focus on making the most of their hours in the office, spending their time as productively and efficiently as possible.
Reception
The Reception area, although its exists to help the office environment to be efficient and productive through the use of technological tools and resources to facilitate business operations, is also the face a company shows to its clients. For these reasons, Centroufficiroma has always made its Reception area its primary focus, taking special care to ensure its quality and excellence.
The Reception area of Centroufficiroma serves as a total access key for its Clients, its staff, its suppliers and all those who come into contact with our Office Business Centre. Its professional, multilingual and carefully chosen staff consists of cultured and highly qualified personnel with a friendly yet professional attitude. All their activities are carried out in the most efficient and least complicated way possible to support our Clients in all of their needs.
Our reception staff is available from 8.30 a.m. to 7.30 p.m. from Monday to Friday to take care of all of our Clients’ needs. Reception staff routinely deal with express courier services, travel reservations, fax and other types of communication, taxi orders and much more. Reception services are available on request outside of regular business hours, on nights, weekends and holidays.
Personalized electronic Badges now allow the Clients of Centroufficiroma to gain access to the Business Centre 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Persons with Disabilities
Centroufficiroma has made its Office Business Centre accessible and comfortable for persons with disabilities by installing special restrooms for their use. This, in addition to our wheelchair-accessible lift, has made Centroufficiroma accessible to all persons, including those with disabilities.
Vehicles up to midsize dimensions can drive up to the lift entrance through the main entrance on Via degli Ausoni. Thanks to the Cerere Building’s industrial origins, the lift has the proportions and features of a freight elevator. There are no architectural features that would make it difficult for persons with disabilities to move about comfortably within the Centroufficiroma environment.
Catering
Inside Centroufficiroma there is a café corner where staff can enjoy a pleasant coffee break or where our Clients can meet informally with their guests.
Centroufficiroma has also made available a high quality Catering service for our Clients to use for events (meetings, seminars and conferences).
Other options are available for coffee and tea breaks and for light or executive lunches.
A room is available for breaks during more important events. In this room, staff is on hand to take care of event participants’ needs and provide assistance to ensure that breaks run smoothly. The professional outside caterers who staff such events have been chosen for the quality of their products and the high calibre of service they provide. The companies we have chosen are highly professional and have met with all necessary sanitary regulations.
